Overview: Participants take a pause to examine social emotional learning and how to engage students to become resilient while self-managing their emotions. We will examine emotional intelligence and how teaching resilience fosters a classroom that builds effective SEL practices. Participants will explore tools to build self-management and resilience within the classroom while creating an intentional plan for their classrooms.
