Overview: Participants will define bias and privilege and explore historical effects of bias and privilege in public schools. Participants will explore tools to support teachers and schools to question and disrupt bias and question privileges. School community will build a plan to disrupt bias that hinders a safe community.

Learning Experience
- Explore the ally continuum to determine how to support students in order to develop an inclusive school community.
- Participants will revisit their own bias and use tools to counter biases that disrupt the classroom community
- Use tools to speak up at school to respond to everyday stereotypes.
